Anyone know how to properly clean the animal 3???

Welcome to the Dyson Community!

In ordinary domestic use, we recommend washing the Dyson Ball Animal 3 vacuum’s filters once a month - use cold water without detergent, and allow both filters to dry completely for at least 24-48 hours before refitting them. You should also check the motorised brush bar from time to time, and keep it free of any obstructions.

Aside from this, no other cleaning should normally be needed. For cosmetic cleaning, you can wipe the outer casing using a soft damp cloth, ensuring the components are totally dry before using the machine.
