Hi,
The internal hose on my Dyson small ball is full of holes, so I ordered a replacement from the Dyson website - the part number is 968702-01.
Dyson sent me a different hose which does not fit my machine. I contacted Dyson via the online assistant and they sent me a second replacement hose. Unfortunately they sent the wrong hose, it looks like part no: 924796-02.
Looking at the connection, the original has a curved bottom whereas the spares are square.
This is the correct part: 968702-01
and this is the replacement part sent by Dyson: 924702-01
Can anyone help me resolve this issue please ?
