I did follow my dyson app tutorial about deep cleaning, but all I get is this on the screen :/

It happens on our office PH from time to time.
You need to check for any damage on the pump and make sure that it’s fitted correctly.
Start by taking the water tank out, removing the pump and inspecting the connections. There is a small cap at the bottom of the pump, this can sometimes be blocked or not put on correctly after cleaning.
Dyson’s online troubleshooting walked us through it the first time around. It’s a great place to start…
