internittent power

Hi. I have a Dyson V15 detect absolute. Got an issue at the moment where every time I go to use it, it cuts out for a few seconds, usually 3 times and then it starts to work ok. Iv done all the usual, cleaned the filter, checked for blockages and recharged the batteries but it’s now spotless and I’m having the same issues. Any ideas? There are no messages or warnings on the display other than normal battery level.

@paul151084 Thanks for your post. Based on the fact that you’re not seeing any error or notification messages, I suspect the issue is a failing trigger button. Please contact your local support for a “main body/cyclone” part.

I have the very same problem with my V15 and still waiting for a replacement for more than a month now.
This is terrible customer support...
