PH01 humidity not working

Hi

I recently stated a deep clean of the water in my machine’s tank as prompted by the App, but accidentally cancelled it near the beginning. Since then the humidity function has been switched off on one part of the App, but on another part it says it still has ages to go til the next deep clean. I’ve tried taking the water tank and filter out and putting them back and doing a reset but nothing’s worked. Any advice please?

@Rach have you tried running another deep clean? 

There looks to be some support on the UK site for Humidifiers - UK Support - Deep Clean Failure. This might help. 

If the issues still there, I’d be tempted to try - 'Power Cycling/Restarting' your machine | Dyson Community. Turning the machine on and off again might be the ticket here.

Classic - I’d tried switching it off and briefly unplugging it a few times, but I left the plug out for an hour this time and it works! Thanks 😊
