Purchased Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool™ PH01 (Black/Nickel) 2 years ago. A few months shy of the warranty expiring machine stops detecting tank. Customer service barely troubleshoots and sends new tower column.With new tower in machine still did not detect tank and warning symbol displayed. Option from support drive 40 minutes each way to drop off machine to center who may be able to fix it at a cost. At the price I paid for machine for it to last 2 years is disgusting!!!!! I have been a huge Dyson product owner with multiple vacuums and at least 5 hair care products and this is service you get.
Definitely will be avoiding future purchases and would highly recommend not buying their air care products if they last so little of time!!
