So disappointed in Dyson customer service. Had to drop off my hair dryer at a service center 90 min away. Never received a call about repairs. Had to call customer service but they were unable to connect me directly to the repair center. Had to drive another 90 min to find out they could not fix my 3 year old hair dryer. Very disgusted with their customer service. Will not refer anyone to Dyson. Product should last longer than 3 years with a price tag of 420$
