Hi, I'm Liz and took delivery of our 1st air purifying fan yesterday. I've downloaded the app and added the machine but no data screen is showing amd I can't see anyway of finding how to access it.
Any help on how to access the data on the app would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Liz! A few of the newer purifiers aren’t controllable via the app. You’re only able to add them onto your product view and access onboarding information. There an article here that might help you id if your machine is one of these.

Pretty sure this is one of their autoreacts. Those aren’t able to be controlled via the app.
