Our HP07 fan seems to be functioning ok (as far as I can tell) but recently appears to have changed to show a grey/white screen when the unit is powered off (but still plugged into wall power) rather than the screen turning completely off/appearing black. Just wondering whether this might be a sign of bigger or impending issues with the unit? Should I be worried?

Mmm unsure - might just be a software bug. I’d give resetting it a go. If it still there, maybe a call to support would be needed.

Funnily enough, the old cliché of turning it off and back on again actually works more times then not with Dyson! 🤣
