Excuse my englisch, i am from Germany and i will try my best to describe the problem with my Dyson V11. Every time i want to vaccum, my Dyson turns off after 1-3 seconds.. when i turn it on again and again, the term my Dyson vaccums, gets longer and longer.
The facts:
-i use it since less than 1 year
-the battery is charged
-the on-Button is also totally fine (not cracked). A family member checked it.
-the battery itself is totally fine (i ordered a new one, my problem with turning off after a few seconds was still the same)
-i empty the dust container regularly
-the display doesn’t show messages like: filter need cleaning or anything else
So what could my problem be? Can anybody help? Thanks.
