Using the Cordless V8 purchased in South Korea in the US - Is it possible?

Hi, I’m from South Korea and I purchased my V8 cordless vacuum.

(South Korea voltage is 220v)

Now I’m planning to move to the U.S. for a while so I hope to bring my V8 cordless vacuum to the U.S.

While several employees in the customer service of South Korea told me that they think it is NOT possible to use my V8 vacuum in the U.S. for many reasons such as due to the difference of voltage,

I found out your answers here saying UAE purchased cordless vacuum is fine to use in Canada with the genuine charger in that country.

Is it OK to use my V8 vacuum in the U.S. with 110 voltage new charger bought in the U.S.?

I hope to hear the precise answer from Dyson Company.

Thank you.

Heya. I’d think you’d be fine! They’ve posted an answer already here - Can I use my Cordless vacuum cleaner abroad/overseas? | Dyson Community. There are no stipulations, other than you having to purchase a charger locally 😃!

Using a converter/adapter is a no. I guess this is their way around this.

Lemon.
