Recently bought a V15 detect Absolute gold, I want to reset the particle count, some say it is re-set when battery is off or after charging, however that does not work with mine. can anyone help please, thanks

To reset the particle count, your machine needs to be placed back on charge for at least 30 minutes, or remove the Click-in battery for 15 seconds before clicking back in.

I too have a v15 and your particle count will reset automatically during the next charging cycle. I was trying to figure it out on my first day as well. I placed it on the charging doc for a little while and voila?
