V8 cordless - solid blue light but no power

 I have a newly bought V8 cordless vaccuum, had it fully charged but it wont turn on when I press the trigger and only shows 3 solid blue light even after pressing for 10 seconds

Alright @Szycke19. 

I deferred to their help site (How do I troubleshooting an issue with my Dyson? | Dyson Community). It prompts communication with Dyson and doesn’t offer a resolution. I suspect it has a faulty main body/trigger mechanism.

I called customer support and confirmed its a faulty main body issue so they will send me a replacement as it is still brandnew and under warranty
