battery replacement


I ordered a replacement battery for my cordless v8 animal checked the model number that starts  YM8 and selected the one which they say fits models  starting YM8 when it arrived it was the wrong one contacted them and they insisted it was the correct one I took pictures of them and showed them they then said they were out of stock on the one I ordered so sent an alternative what a joke. Sent it back now have to wait 14 working days for my refund 

I have looked on the website again they are listing the replacement battery with model numbers starting YM8 battery E but when I removed mine it looks like battery D but don’t want to risk getting the wing one again
