Dyson hairdryer supersonic nural - bought in Austria stopped working after one month -is warranty valid in Serbia?

I bought a Dyson supersonic nural in Austria on 18.01.2025. It stopped working after 15 days. I live in Serbia and contacted official Dyson service here, but they told me that they cannot help me because the product was bought on Austria. On the other hand, customer support  in Austria informed that Dyson official service should help me in any country and that service in Serbia should help me with the broken product. Please advise what should I do and how to get my hairdryer repaired or replaced.

We advise against purchasing a Dyson machine in one country for use in another. We do not offer a global warranty — we cannot guarantee that your machine will perform as expected, and this can also make support very difficult in the event of a breakdown.
