My faulty vacuum was under warranty when I inquired about support. They said I need a part. The part was not available. 6 months later still unavailable. Requested an exchange. They said the process was easy. They collaborated with Purolator. All I had to do was put the vacuum and all accessories in the box and Purolator will pick up. It was picked up by Purolator. Dyson never received it. I don’t have a new vacuum. It has been investigated by local police and Purolator. I have been going back and forth with Dyson trying to see what they can do with my missing vacuum. I have done everything Dyson has asked me to do and I have received the constant run around…. It has been escalated to the higher team. Please follow up with 24-72 hours. This has been going on for months. Since my original issue, it has been more than a year. There is no accountability. Customer service is not helpful. Aside from filing a claim with consumer protection…. What else can I do? Why won’t they take accountability? It was their process and I did everything they told me to do and I am being penalized for asking for help.
