Order a product in the 15th December the goods have never been received, a Royal Mail tracking number received and product was never sent.
I have received email cancellation today and stating no refund, even though Dyson have taken my money.
Tried email and calling the call centre, not there issue apparently, asked to speak to manager..can’t do that, can I speak to someone in the UK…can’t transfer call!!
awful service and thought better of Dyson
