On the website there is no image so I can’t tell if it includes the whole thing including plug and wind up cable etc as this has happened and I am no electrician but I am hesitant to keep using it (I’m a self employed cleaner).
An help would be gratefully received . Thank you

If the power cord needs replacing, it doesn’t look like this is a part we currently offer for online order.
Normally we would recommend scheduling a fixed-cost repair for your Dyson vacuum to resolve this issue, along with any other broken or damaged parts which affect the performance of your machine.
