How do you get a refund from these people???? | Dyson Community

I am like everyone else on here with this problem!  I sent back my item and it states they received it per ups tracking on December 13th It is now January 17th.  and no refund.  I have called them 7 times to be told the same thing over and over we will notify the warehouse to look for your box.  I opened a claim with my paypal and waiting to hear back from them.  Anyone have luck with getting money back from paypal with them?  This need to be stopped that this is done to so many people.
