I am really frustrated and customer service from a reputed brand like Dyson is appalling.
I was assured of delivery by 18th December before Christmas when I ordered on 15/12/2024, that's why I ordered directly from Dyson. This was a Christmas gift. Now almost more than 20 days and still haven't received full supply. I was expecting Dyson to send another unit for Christmas when I contacted initially on 20/12/2024, then redirect your original supply if and when tracked down. But even after several phone calls to you and courier company, no luck. I was advised initially by Dyson that it was courier company's fault and as a customer I don't care how Dyson ships items to customers. It is Dyson's responsibility for delivering the ordered item to customer premises. I haven't had a bad experience before from a reputable company like this. I still keep getting emails from Dyson periodically that they are trying to track down the shipped product.
I would like you to initiate a complaint process and also want Dyson to compensate for all these delays and bad experiences.
