I received an email from Dyson Support stating that I would received a further email from Parcelforce containing my pre-paid postage label.
It is over 48 hours after receiving the original email from Dyson Support. I have checked my spam folder and there is no email from Parcelforce. I have received other emails from Parcelforce confirming delivery of the new Dyson vacuum.
There is a 14 day period to do this so I’m raising it here.
Please contact me directly so we can resolve this before the 14 days expires.
