Hi I bought this vacuum for my mom for mother's day and we charged it to 100%. Everything works fine except none of the attachments with the rollers are spinning. The vacuum just sucks in the air, not sure if I have to press a button to enable them to spin so she can vacuum the carpets. I tried googling the problem but all I got was "unclog the rollers and clean them". We just took it out of the box that arrived yesterday and it's brand new. All we are doing is snapping on the attachments and turning on the vacuum. The rollers don't spin at all. Am I missing something? Please help
