Hi All, 

It has been a little over a month since the last update and we have a fair amount to share with you.

Alongside creating articles to help answer some of our top questions, sharing advise, best practices and key user generated content, we’ve released a new Knowledge Base category aimed to support those using the MyDyson™️ web and app account.

Hi All,

In one of our earlier content releases, we highlighted the expansion of our community homepage to include even more category areas. Adding Cordless vacuums, Corded vacuums, Hair care, Lighting and Hand dryers. 

To further support this expansion and that of our efforts to scale the Community, I am excited to say that we have published a host of bespoke Lighting specific content into our Knowledge Base.

New Content

Our Knowledge Base Lighting category is now live and includes two sub-categories, with supporting content.

Your machine and the Dyson App

  1. Connecting your light
  2. In app remote control
  3. Scheduling your light
  4. Setting your light's home location
  5. Editing the light's room name
  6. Viewing your light's Serial number
  7. Viewing your light's Software information
  8. The In-App lighting modes
  9. 'Power Cycling/Restarting your light

Machine maintenance

  2. Cleaning your Suspended light
  3. Suspended Lighting - Compatible Dimmers

 

We’re super excited about the addition of this content and really believe it will help those using the Dyson Light to get the best out of their machine.
