Dyson 360 Vis Nav keeps showing lifted. Any ideas how what to do?

I recommend viewing the Support and troubleshooting for your Dyson 360 VisNav™ robot vacuum - YouTube playlist on YouTube. 

If you can’t find a video or answer. Calling Dyson to troubleshoot would be their preferred method. The team can use the Robots API key to diagnose the alert and offer you a resolution.
