I bought a Dyson air wrap through Amazon full price,new. Now after 1 year that the air warp is having problem I have been o the phone with dyson for hours . I sent the air wrap back to them as requested, then they asked proof of purchase, then they asked proof that I actually had sent the airwrap!!! I received the UPS return label from dyson! First they said it was refurbished and now that it is a fake. I spent 600 usd for a brand new airwrap and the are accusing me of lying . This is unreal! I am now feeling very upset for the accusation of buying fake products, I do not have a dyson airwrap and I have spent 600 usd for what? I spent hours on the phone and spoke with at least 5 supervisors and each gave me different reply every time !
