Dyson Corrale Straighteners - charging issues | Dyson Community

Hi, like many others on here my partner is experiencing charging issues (not holding their charge) with her Corrale straighteners that I bought for her, which are now just outside of the 2 year warranty.  Has anyone had any joy in getting their straighteners either repaired/replaced by Dyson?   It’s alarming the number of people who are experiencing issues just after the warranty expires.

As with any battery, the battery in the Dyson Corrale™️ is subject to degradation over time, which can ultimately impact the runtime. The exact lifespan depends on how each individual machine is used and stored, but the guarantee period is 2 years, and we would expect it to last at least that long. 

For further advice and support, we'll need our Customer Care experts to take you through some further troubleshooting checks when you have the straighteners easily to hand. If the battery is at fault they’ll be able to discuss your options with you.
