Still waiting on a refund! Can you believe that? The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Appalling. I’m not sure anybody knows what they’re doing in there! Incredible! Another Google, trust pilot review incoming! Horrendous

I’ve been on to Rohit on the live chat the past 2 hours. Still no resolution. Your refund will be 14 days! That was 28 days ago! Queried 14 days ago a received an apology your refund will be 14 days that was 14 days ago, still no refund, queried again today, Rohit knew nothing about it, 2hrs later….. your refund will be 7 working days! My word, talk about frustration! WAKE UP DYSON and get your act together!!!!
