My husband purchased a gift for me , Dyson air wrap. It got an issue after using it for 7-8 months. Shipped it to the warehouse for warranty claim in mid November 2024, warehouse received it on November 22 2024. I was aware that it takes 14 to 21 days to get your replacement unit. And here I'm sitting at dec 28, 2024, haven't heard anything from them. Everytime I call just getting one answer ohh I have send release request for your unit to warehouse. I have called customer service for 4-5 times and sent 7-10 emails. No update, very poor service. Warranty claim shouldn't take more than 3 weeks and even though it's take time customer should get proper answer for peace of mind as specially on holidays. I'm thinking that I almost lost my money which I have spend it for better product but poor service. So much headache, they are offering 20% off on upgrade "NO I DON'T WANT TO DO ANY UPGRADES I JUST NEED MY MACHINE"
