3rd failed return | Dyson Community

I have arranged a return now 3 times. All have failed. Customer service is totally disjointed and not fir for purpose. The 3rd courier actually arrived and refused to take it without box. Dyson has promised to provide a box this time. What is happening?

 

This is now the 4th time I have contacted customer services, and I think we are at the end of our relationship with Dyson.

 

 

This is now the 5th failed return. How difficult is it to send a box? Each time DPD driver turns up without a box, Is Dyson the worst company for Customer Service ever?
