Customer Service is Abysmal, Help with Warranty | Dyson Community

My wife and I have been Dyson customers for over 7 years. I have had my Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute for about 1.5 years now and the vacuum is completely dying. I have to wash the filter every other week and yet the vacuum is constantly overheating and just cutting off with no warning light indications. Not to mention the constant clogging. It’s still under warranty and I thought this would be a simple process to file a claim and get my vacuum serviced or replaced. I bought a Dyson hearing such good things about their customer service. This is not the case.

I have found it impossible to file a warranty claim. The website chat bot keeps me in a loop asking for my email address, there is no link to file a warranty claim directly, there is no customer support email address. I tried calling 3 times to no avail. When I file got an agent on the phone, they claimed that they could not hear me and hung up on me. What a sad state this company is in. In the past they have completely replaced my wifes hair dryer for free within two weeks. 

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? What do we have to do get the warranty claim process started? Does Dyson follow through on their warranty promises anymore if you do get the process going?
