I have a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner which I bought less than 2 years ago. The battery is dead and it won’t charge.
For a mother of a toddler who also has a border collie dog, these Vacuum cleaners are a lifeline. I depend very heavily on it.
Dyson customer support is so frustrating. There is no direct email. The customer support number will take you through a series of button pushing options and none of that is useful.
What do I have to do to get this resolved? Why should I have to drop $150 on a new battery when my product is still under warranty?
