Full dark black screen on Dyson V15 LCD Display Despite Battery Replacement | Dyson Community

Hi everyone,

 Full  dark black screen persists on my Dyson V15 Detect's LCD display, preventing me from selecting power levels or viewing the battery life indicator. The vacuum operates normally otherwise. Dyson sent a new battery pack, but the issue remains unchanged.

 

Has anyone encountered this problem? Are there any troubleshooting steps or fixes to restore the LCD functionality? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This sounds like an unusual issue, and it’s not something we’ll be able to resolve via troubleshooting on the Dyson Community forum. If the replacement battery hasn’t resolved the issue, it’s likely a replacement Main body assembly may be needed.
