I’m not sure what dyson is doing but I’m quite confident if the complaints that I’m reading continue with there customer service it will eventually catch up with the pricing Dyson has come to enjoy.  Short of it , customer service of overseas call centers is atrocious , either they lack the authority or the common sense, simple ask you have a product on sale support me in spending more of my money with dyson as opposed to canceling my entire order with dyson’s amazon store and asking me to re-submit my order just to buy the additional item I required.  Made no sense, in short, called up MOnday reacheddyson  US call center nice lady resolved the issue in 2 minutes , more money spent with Dyson , win-win.
