I ordered a Dyson on Amazon to Puerto Rico where I live. The vacuum cleaner broke and they won’t honor the warranty in Puerto Rico. They can only send a replacement to the mainland USA and will not even pay for the UPS to send back my vaccum cleaner from Puerto Rico. Shame on you Dyson! I am appalled and will spread the word to not buy ANY Dyson products.
