I bought the g1 wash and literally the same day i was having issues with it i called Dyson they said the machine was defective and to send it back. i send it and it was receive almost a month ago and i called various time and they keep telling me different things that they are contacting warehouse and i will receive tracking in 72 hours. And yet nothing. Now they are telling that they did receive the machine but the warehouse cant find it. And they keep telling me they are escalating it thats their most favorite sentence. Its been about a month and half since i bought the machine and sent it back. And by the looks of it i am not the only one dealing with issues with Dyson. You would think spending this kinda money they would treat there customers better.
