Been waiting 6 weeks now for a new hard floor attachment as the plastic pipe in ours has split,very bad design. We are still under warranty but getting fed up of waiting for this part to be back in stock!! Not good enough Dyson!!

Hi,wow thankyou so much for sorting this out!, they are sending a new hoover out this week,just hoping it doesn't happen again ..but,we'll cross that bridge!!
