I had issues with my Dyson Vacuum Cleaners head.
I contacted Dyson on 27th Dec 2024 to book in my Dyson Small Ball Animal Upright.

Collection by DPD on Friday 10th January 2025 - No packaging required
DPD collected the item in a big black box and provided a receipt.
I then received an email from DPD to say the item would be delivered back.
I checked the repair notes and it suggested the item hadn’t arrived at the repair centre but they had sent a new vacuum cleaner head to the customer.
I received the cleaner head but my vacuum cleaner has gone missing.
I contacted Dyson to report this issue in January and was told that they will raise it with the concerned team.
I provided the collection receipt provided by DPD.
I heard nothing back for another few weeks so I contacted Dyson again in February 2025.
I was told they will escalate it with the concerned team. After a few days I received a response from them which was generic and they asked for proof again which I provided on 12th Feb 2025.
I then received an email on 19th Feb 2025 to confirm Dyson ‘have also raised an investigation with our courier team. Once we receive an update from them we will revert back to you.’
Since then I have emailed the team back on owner.support@support.dyson.co.uk and have not heard back from them.
I then contacted Dyson over the phone today and was told they will contact the concerned team.
DPD or Dyson lost the machine and since Dyson scheduled the pickup I can’t do anything from my side and they wont take responsibility for this loss.
I’d like a new machine as replacement. Please resolve this asap.
