Cordless v12 bin latch broken - Is it replaced under warranty?

Why after only 3 months is the latch broken?

Used normally and carefully!

Defective plastic. Weak point.

Warranty cover?

Assuming this is the slider the bin fits onto. If yes, this part broke on our after a few months of use. The replacement sent by Dyson hasn’t had a problem. Maybe a weak design at manufacturing. It must be common, as Dyson posted a video on it a few days ago. 

They provide a 2-year cover, and the replacement should be free. Order via WhatsApp or over the telephone usually.

This is the latch that is missing with its micro screw.is it under warranty?

One day it was there. The next day it was missing. I took it to Dyson Official Rep here in Israel.They said you have to buy the whole bin for 35 Pounds even under warranty and they would not sell me a micro screw or latch.

What is number of Dyson HQ?

It looks damaged, like ripped out of the hole! Not good! They 100% don’t sell that part separately. A new Bin would be needed. If you’re under guarantee, you can make a claim. Detail here: Support | Customer Service | Contact Us | Dyson
