Hi, I have now waited in 3 differing full days for a collection. Despite after the first let down and reassurances there has been no collection by dysons courier.  I paid for the repair in March under order number 34406137. No

The call centre representatives have informed me that DPD should collect in the uk. Despite phoning around 6 times to Dyson customer services to check that the hairdryer would be collected and getting cast iron guarantees it would be picked up today - another no show unfortunately. 
 

Customer service with no ability for resolution is not very good. 

How do you sort this if Dyson customer services can’t?

I am having the same problem not 2 collections did not happen after waiting in all day
