I am so upset, i was crying all day. I just receive my Dyson brand new from USA, but i live in Bulgaria and will use it here. I ordered it a month and a half ago, a friend of mine just bring it here. There was no information, that that it is unusable in european electricity system, i got laptops, telephones and other appliences, and never have such a problem. Please give me a solution i was waitin a long time to safe the money for my Dyson and now everything is ruined. Please help me with advice and is there an option to replace it with one for the european standarts. Thank you very much, please help in this awkward situation.
We strongly advise against ordering a Dyson machine in one country for use in another. We do not offer an international guarantee, the machine will not work where the voltage differs to the country of purchase, and it can make it extremely difficult for us to provide support in the event of a breakdown.
