I ordered a Dyson Airwrap from Dyson last week thinking that would be the best and safest place to order from. I was SOOO WRONG! They only have 2 days left in their delivery/shipping timeframe and UPS still hasn't received it yet. I'm incredibly upset and disappointed. I reached out to support already, and they were rude and unhelpful. No one seems to know where my order is, yet my money is in Dyson's bank account. So unfair and poor service! I'm beginning to think that getting this was a big mistake. Maybe I should have went with a different company.
