MISSING DYSON ORDER

I ordered a Dyson Airwrap from Dyson last week thinking that would be the best and safest place to order from. I was SOOO WRONG! They only have 2 days left in their delivery/shipping timeframe and UPS still hasn't received it yet. I'm incredibly upset and disappointed. I reached out to support already, and they were rude and unhelpful. No one seems to know where my order is, yet my money is in Dyson's bank account. So unfair and poor service! I'm beginning to think that getting this was a big mistake. Maybe I should have went with a different company.

Hi Jack,

I originally did reach out to Dyson on the chat that I found through their support section. It was unhelpful and nothing was resolved. I didn't post in the community looking for help. I posted it because I wanted to see if this was a common problem with Dyson. After I posted that, Dyson support emailed me for details, but then they quickly stopped communicating. I then called Dyson, and a very kind and incredibly helpful man discovered that my $500 Dyson Airwrap was lost in the mail. So he ordered me a new one. If it had not been for his helpfulness and understanding, I would still be sitting here waiting for an order that was never going to come.

UPDATE: 

I finally received my Dyson Airwrap and I love it! I called Dyson support, and spoke to the nicest customer service representative. He was empathetic, understanding, kind, and incredibly helpful. I received my Dyson only 2 days after speaking with him. I am so grateful for his help!
