I bought a Dyson hair dryer in May 2023, but it started having issues. I sent it for repair in Jan 2024 and have followed up multiple times via chat and phone. Each time, they assured me that a replacement would be sent, but nothing has happened. I've been waiting for 14 months now. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I would appreciate any advice.
