First brought blow dryer  just stopped working (should of known) next two had smoke problems, don’t use heat on hair  and forth blow dryer what electric problem so they sent me current one 7/19/2023 but this company warranty doesn’t follow this one didn’t make it to two years. For me to fix it 400.00. Save your money Shark has a great machine. I am done I’ll never buy Dyson products again. That’s their customer service care? God bless

Got the Dyson blow dryer about four years ago. First three had problems and final gave me another one said it was brand new it was refurbished. Hardly use it but I treat it well, last night just died had it less than two years. Dyson knowing I have multiple products from them said out of warranty. The warranty should follow product. Dyson was no help just go to the store and let them look at it. It’s said I am working full time then take care of my elderly parents who are not well, I haven’t the time in the day to go. I don't understand why Dyson won’t stand behind there products. From this point on never ever buying a Dyson product.
