The animal 3 wont rotate. Wife popped the brush head off. Nothing. Took it apart for the easy stuff, container, wand, side, air filter, brush head etc.nothing. It’s all clean (and wobbly which I assume is normal) but neither the brush section or ball section will rotate allowing you to vacuum. I’ve tried calling Dyson, but between that failure and YouTube videos I have found no answers. Suggestions appreciated. Thank you
