I have a SV11 V7 Animal USA. I cannot get a roller replacement because my brushbar has 3 prongs which is now discontinued. I understand that a need to purchase a different Motorhead that has 4 prongs so i can get rollers as needed. I dont know which motor head to buy. Im looking for a part number so i will get the right one the first time.

Seems the answer wasn’t easy for the community team to track down either. Although it does seem the service team might be able to order the part directly. Maybe you can still get a replacement?
