I have just had my dyson hair dryer delivered 3 days ago but not the complimentary travel box nor stand. How do I go about resolving this issue please.

‘Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales, which will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. This will also be confirmed in the confirmation email received at dispatch.’
These will be delivered separately, usually by standard mail. It varies depending on your location. UK for example is 3 - 5 days, where I’ve seen some of the Australia regions are 10 - 14 days. Give this post a read and check your dispatch email.
