roller brush not spinning

A

Roller brush on my DC62 spins only at start of operation. Have gone through all the steps on the Dyson website for troubleshooting, problem still persists. Assuming it will be a new part but, don’t know which one.

@andy1968Thanks for the post, you’re going to need a new main head, which can sometimes also be called a direct drive head or cleanerhead.
