I have a Dyson SV04 that after charging will not start. Nothing happens. no sound. When you pull the trigger you get a red light. I have cleaned it all out. I have unplugged and replugged it in. Any ideas?

From what you’ve described, this sounds like you may have an issue with either the battery or main body of your machine. For help troubleshooting and determining which part may need to be replaced, you'll need to talk directly to our Dyson Customer Care experts in your region.
