Missing attachments


I recently bought a V11 Total Clean. The website showed all the attachments I should expect “in the box”. 

Upon unpacking I noticed some items were missing. I used the live chat feature on the website and was told they would soon follow.  A full week later there was nothing delivered so I asked again and was told they would arrive in 2-3 days. 

Another week has passed but still nothing, how do I escalate this to get the problem rectified?

Pleased to comment that Dyson have been in touch today and we have reached an excellent resolution to this problem.

 really like the V11, it’s a great machine.  But what would you do if you had been short changed to the tune of £125 worth of attachments?

come on Dyson, no more empty promises.
