No power. No lights showing battery is operating. Power button not working. When pressing power button two lights flash on battery . Just over two years old.

Here are some troubleshooting steps which can help you to resolve your issue:
Charge the machine
When the battery is charged, both LEDs will light for 5 seconds, then go out. Now, remove the charger and turn on and test the machine.
Does the machine have power?
If not, then turn on and test the machine. The LED lights should be on constantly when in use.
Do the blue LED lights appear on either side of the battery?
If the issue still persists, Visit Dyson.com and click "Support" to reach the right Customer Care team for your region.
